Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.


By assessing or using the Service, you agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any texts, remarks, structures, illustrations and images reproduced on the website are controlled and regulated by copyright as well as by intellectual property throughout the whole world. Any reproduction of the website, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.

PROHIBITION OF SALES OUTSIDE THE NETWORK

The products are intended to be sold exclusively through our distribution networks. It is therefore strictly prohibited to buy products for resale purposes outside of our networks, in particular, through websites. Over and above an infringement of our brands and the integrity of our products, such acts may involve the legal and criminal liability of their perpetrators, where appropriate.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

The Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or under the Terms & Conditions, shall be governed by Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore regarding any such dispute. A person who is not a party to Terms & Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any part of Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENT, CLASS CONFIRMATION AND PARTICIPANT’S AGE LIMIT

  1. A class place is only guaranteed when you received a confirmation email from Momiji Baking Studio and full payment is made online via PAYNOW.

  2. Class booking is based on first come first served basis and we cannot hold your class place if there is pending payment under any circumstances. Seat(s) will be given to others on waiting list if payment is not received within stated period.

  3. Participants must be at least 4 years old and above for Parent and Child Class and at least 10 years old and above for Individual Class.

CANCELLATION, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICIES

  1. No refunds once payment has been made.

  2. In an unlikely event that we have to cancel the class, we will offer you alternative class date or provide you with full refund

  3. We cannot move your place of class to another date after you have made payment. However you can find a replacement to attend.
