Shio 塩 means salt and Pan パン means bread in Japanese. The salted butter roll is said to originate from Pain Maison, a bakery in Ehime Prefecture, Japan. In this class, you’ll be learning how to make 3 types of Shio Pan flavours – Original, Cranberry and Mixed herbs with mozzarella cheese.
